Thought I would toss this in for laughs. Everyone knows the Serenity Prayer, well this one is for seniors:
Prayer for Senility:
God grant me the senility
to forget the people I never liked anyway,
the good fortune to run into the ones I do,
and the eyesight to tell the difference.

Picture of me playing with a Sector San Diego Coast Guard HH-60 Jayhawk while still in San Diego.
As I said earlier, I have since moved permanently to the small Russian village of Nikolaevsk, Alaska near Homer. I am still with the Coast Guard Auxiliary and on Halloween I assisted with the USCGC's 225-foot sea going buoy tender Hickory (WLB-212) in the Homer harbor with their annual haunted ship where they joyfully scared the wits out of children and adults alike. Very creepy, but it was good fun for all.
No picture here yet, but will get one.
