DIck was quite the character and a tall drink of water. We spent a lot of time at his house in our younger days and his mom was the best. We would walk into his house on 3rd St. and she would always feed us! Fantastic Italian cooking and the best 'drenched in butter' garlic bread ever. We had the idyllic 'growing up in Coronado back in the day' experience and Dick was a hoot. Quite a life he lived (not for the sqeamish) but a better and truer friend you would never find.
